The food was good and the staff were friendly, despite struggling with English. the pool area was well-maintained and had a great view.
The location was too far from the city and public transportation was difficult to use, with little information available. the room was small and had some issues with cleanliness, such as spiders' webs and old-looking blankets.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the old Platamon castle and close to the beach. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-maintained furniture and relaxing beds. the staff is friendly and always ready to help. the breakfast has a variety of options, including homemade jams and different kinds of bread. the hotel provides excellent facilities, such as a large pool and a jacuzzi.
The menu at the restaurant is somewhat limited, offering only a few choices.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and treated us like family. The hotel itself ticked all the boxes for comfort, cleanliness, and amazing views. The mini bus service to nearby attractions was a great bonus and made it easy to explore the area. The beach in Nei Pori was perfect for families with kids.
That the food was not always served hot from the kitchen, which would have been preferable.
